Delivery Policy
Your order is important to us. We use a variety of different methods to deliver goods depending on the size of order, destination and other factors. We will make every effort to ensure that the correct method of delivery along with where applicable economical charges apply throughout. The majority of our orders will be processed within 48 hours.
Orders Over £300 ex VAT: Free Delivery on all orders to the UK Mainland&Northern Ireland
Orders Under £300 ex VAT: A flat rate of £15 carriage fee applies.
Regions outside Kidzon’s normal delivery areas where the carriage charge will be charged to the customer irrespective of spend include all overseas accounts, Scottish Highlands and Island, Isle of Wright, Isle of Man and Channel Islands. These specific charges for these regions can be obtained from Kidzon upon request.

Returns Policy
Returning of items must first be authorised by us, items returned without authorisation will not be credited and will either be returned or destroyed by our will. Once authorised, you will be given a returns reference, this reference must be visible on the outside of, plus included on documentation within, each shipping carton to be returned. We will either ask you to return the items (postage costs reimbursed), arrange for them to be collected or give authorisation to destroy and dispose of the items. All returns received are inspected for damage, credits will be given according to the condition of the items received and the reason for return, we will only credit items that have been sold by us.
Returns Procedures
Damages
If you receive items that are damaged upon receipt you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt.
Please give full details of the damaged item/s including the following: –

Description of damage
Also, could you please attach/enclose images of the item/s in question.
We will contact you with a Returns Reference Number. Returning of the damaged goods will be arranged between yourselves and Kidzon. The Returns Reference Number must be clearly shown on the outside of all boxes. Goods returned without a valid Returns Reference Number WILL NOT be credited as we need supporting documentation and authorisation via these numbers.
Shortages
All shortages must be reported to Kidzon in writing with 7 days of invoice date, stating the following

Kidzon will investigate any discrepancies and liaise with you directly to resolve the problem.
Faulty Goods
Faulty items will only be accepted for one year from date of delivery. This time frame is governed by Kidzon’s supplier guarantees.

Kidzon will contact you with a Returns Reference Number number. Returning of the faulty goods will be arranged between yourselves and Kidzon. Returns Reference Number must be clearly shown on the outside of all boxes. Goods returned without a valid Returns Reference Number WILL NOT be credited as we need supporting documentation and authorisation via these numbers.
Only when the goods are received back and authorisation has taken place, will a credit be issued. If Kidzon reject a claim for faulty goods, they will contact you stating the reason/s for the refusal. Please note the issuing of a Returns Reference Number does not guarantee a credit will be raised.
Incorrect Deliveries
If you receive items that you have not ordered, please notify us in writing stating the following:

Kidzon recognise from time to time that mistakes do happen and that item/s ordered may be from either incorrect code given or the order being put on the system incorrectly. We would kindly ask that care is taken when placing orders to alleviate any problems.
